Since I can think, I had problems with my weight. Not only the fact that I was informally handicapped, eat no, I and drinks for my life with pleasure!! I have tried out any kind of diet, have decreased and increased again. However, besides, I always knew how I had to dress, nevertheless, well to conceal the respective overweight.

With increasing age came of course the problem with the folds which one clearly saw in the face, 15 kg strike, especially in the face, and not to the advantage.
During 40 years I have from and again increased Now I am 63 years old, has decreased during the last 4 months 8 kg with WEIGHT WATCHERS, for me today the only way to decrease delighted. I could eat what I wanted to count only the points!

I have never got so many compliments about my appearance to decrease 8 kg is quite visible, but still without hanging facial folds or even double chin what ordinarily the results of such a weight decrease are.
Today I am happy with my figure and eat what tastes to me, however, always has in the back of the head my "point system" of WEIGHT WATCHERS. This claps very well.
